Happy Monday! I thank each and every one of you that came out to support the Positively Dressed 5th Annual Fashion Show Luncheon. It was a great success. I am so proud that we succeeded with planning, promoting and executing another fantastic event for my Positively Dressed Foundation! It fills my heart with joy to know that we can provide excellent gowns and dresses to young ladies that are less fortunate. Thank you to our sponsors and people who donated dresses/shoes/handbags/accessories to the foundation. We filled the house yesterday and even managed to make a few dollars with the silent auction, thanks to our wonderful parents. Models you were fantastic, as always, the speakers Alphina ByFaith and Natalie Forest were excellent, the Dj Kahlil DeeJaylil Wyche, photographers/media,www.theumbrellasyndicate.com and JBMS1 Photography, vendors; Tashema Fiji Merritt (With Love Clothing, Tyra Chandler (Mamas in the Kitchen), Lisa Miller (Divali Fashions), Lisa (Bold Urge Fashions), Kyra (Philadelphia Soul), Marisol (Wells Fargo Bank) and Tanesha Conyers (Tasty Treats Bakery), volunteers with Emerje, our hair crew at Tara's Hair Salon and make-up artist Diane Seay from Mary Kay and Traci Lynn jewelry provided by Sharon Clark, shoes donated by Liza Shoes and handbags donated by Karen Johnson, were all terrific! We couldn't have asked for more. We hope to be able to provide dresses to girls for years to come. We collect dresses all year round! Thank you all, once again.
And most of all, I thank my husband Gene, daughters Brittany, Bryana Williams and Giona, soon to be son-in-law Justin Deale, mom Martha, and sister Alesia Shropshire for all your help. Without you all none of this would be possible.
